When I used to work in a shop, we used to use jacks to pull rear end of the car around. I could probably pull some jack magic to do that. They did a thing on worst drivers like that. The S turn. Youtube it.

Modifications had nothing to do with it. A move experienced driver would have kept the car in tact.
