AOL had the right pieces of the puzzle and did nothing with them. Their XDrive service was pretty ahead of its time (2005). AIM users got 5GB for free while AOL customers got 50GB for free. It was awesome, I kept most of my documents backed up there with the 50GB I had. They also had a photo sharing service that tied

I also found Boxee better looking.

Okay. Curiosity got the better of me. No disrespect to the women, but you'd have to be pretty desperate to pay for what you're getting.

My mom has a bookshelf full of encyclopedias, and I like buying her books for her birthday/mother's day/whenever so she's short on space. How do I a) convince her to get rid of them and b) how do I go about getting rid of them in a responsible manner (recycling?)?

Just to be clear. If a woman gets abused by her boyfriend/husband it's her fault. If a guy either bores his wife and/or gets taken to the cleaners financially, it's also the woman's fault? You must be quite the lady-killer.

Yet HTC's phones still can't hold a charge.

I'm in a similar boat. Trying to reach some of the higher ups at T-Mo but having no such luck. Recently have been getting better service but still.

YES! I totally agree. It beats them having to make a separate and most likely financially unsuccessful title, but we still get women's teams in the spotlight and probably bring more attention from soccer fans that would otherwise not have interest. It's a win-win.

Engadget had an up/down vote system and it was a total cesspool. Still is, except now it's just up votes. And the most fanboy-ish comments get promoted rather than "good" comments.

I don't use them with Time Machine but I'm a big fan of OWC's products. Using one Mercury Elite Pro for my back ups on Mac and another for my wife's Windows back ups.

I'm in the same boat. Pants are either way too tight or way too baggy, and I'm a small guy.

My son is turning 6 months next week and next thing I know he'll be walking. I live in a small apartment in an old house. With the exception of his room, there are no doors and all the rooms lead into one another. As such my "office" (desk, computer, my wife's laptop and my laptop, some external hard drives) is in the

But they both have "game" in it bro! Total fail, noobz!1!!1

Carp. Think my uncle just got a Mark II recently.

Intentional Wrong Submissions.

Juri is at the very least one of the most interesting Street Fighter characters to date. Wish I were better at combos.

I think the problem becomes too much choice. Which tablet is better the Tab 7.0 Plus or the Tab 7.0N or the Tab 2 7.0? The processor speeds are different for each, and in some cases the newer model has a lower clock speed (not that it matters, but the typical consumer would be confused) or an inferior screen. Then it

The Note feels really good (plastic but iPhone 3GS-like quality) too, so I think they're wising up. I was expecting that level of quality was making it's way to the Galaxy S but I think they might just surpass it.

The ceramic back would kill my last complaint with the Galaxy S phones: the back won't feel cheap any more.

I don't know if this is a stupid question or not but here goes. My cousin asked me about moving her iTunes library to an external drive (I suggested a OWC Mercury Elite Pro). She noticed that the drive doesn't turn itself off (it spins down but the indicator is always on even if the computer isn't) and was worried if
