Is it better than Flock? Rockmelt has more features than Flock built in, but Flock hides its functionality very well, making it seem more minimal than it actually is. Not sure which paradigm I'd prefer.

Stock Android is quite pleasant to look at but the skins and UIs applied by handset manufacturers and tinkerers tend to be gaudy. In that case I think it is a lot like Windows XP. It didn't look particularly bad but more often than not, messing with the default led to some ugly desktops.
