How boring for you that some people care about the national interest of the USA, and by extension, the Western world. I agree it must be so very tiresome to voluntarily visit websites that report on efforts to keep America’s nuclear arsenal out of the hands of a narcissistic, delusional megalomaniac.

My mom *loved* The Mummy. She loved it so much I went to the sequel with her even though I hadn’t seen the first one. I *never* see sequels unless I’ve seen the first movie, but she was absolutely *giddy* about seeing the sequel. She was fifty at the time, and she was like a cross between Jane Curtin and Hillary

“But the Clinton campaign is famously risk-averse when it comes to the media,” This and the two paragraphs that follow.

Ooh, you gotta look at Tracy’s tongue lashing on Twitter.

We believe, sincerely, that smart young female voters can do better than what the Clinton camp has made available to them, and that was an integral part of our pitch to the campaign.

Yeah, I like Anna, but I’m still trying to figure out if this article is low-grade trolling or if Jezebel’s writers are just that out of touch with how Gawker Media/Jezebel is perceived in the wider world. Personally I’m shocked Clinton’s camp even pretended to entertain an interview proposition.

What? Did you actually listen to the Another Round episode with Hillary? They joked with her, sure, but they pressed her on policy as well. Positioning yourselves as the only women’s media to bother asking real questions is probably not the best look.

But still: Secretary Clinton and Jezebel felt like a match made in media expediency heaven.

I feel like the active and notoriously unforgiving commentariat is definitely a factor in not giving an interview to Jezebel. I know I would advise a client to not interview with Jezebel unless they were prepared for a full autopsy in the gallery of the comments. Sometimes this picking apart is entirely fair.

How many eyeballs have been on this article though? I never knew they existed until now...I think on the balance it’s gonna help business.

There are a lot of “I” statements in this statement. Hm.

But all this to say, I’d wager there a scores of men the same age as Parker who wouldn’t consider themselves rapists, but in reality they are.

Yeah. It’s one thing to argue that wearing the hijab is a choice that should be respected, and another to simultaneously hold the view that women should not come into physical contact with men even to shake hands while also believing that women need a male chaperone to go out in the world. I don’t see any way to

I’m so doing this! My 8 year old already anthromorphises everything, now he will not be able to stop giving every condiment in our fridge a name! Wait I can't tell if I like this idea anymore.

No woman can be hit and stay with that person if that person isn’t prepared to say sorry.

And Bernie is a rape apologist who accepts money from the NRA and despises women. Yet, even the fact that he’s fucking destroyed my state with his idiocy would not prevent me from voting for him over Trump. Bernie Bros are so fucking entitled it actually makes me want to vomit.

Same and I’m not at all ashamed of that.

I love how you always pretend sexism isn’t real. It’s so charming in a gross, extraordinarily stupid way.

I think the reason they cherry pick the assholes is because there were enough of them showing up at the DNC acting disrespectfully and disrupting speakers. And it may have just been these few loud cherry picked assholes - but they were disrespectful enough that they deserve to be called out. Also that is Samantha
