This has been a problem forever. Back when I had Hulu with ads and they had the original Outer Limits on, the commercials didn’t line up with the original ad breaks because demands for commercial time have changed, so they’d just crop up midsentence and you’d still have these cuts where the original ad breaks were.

Two flaws with that:

Harris never should have taken the VP position.  The last 4 years have made her look impotent.  I don’t think she’ll be a major player again, which is a shame.
