Matthew Perry….this is YOUR LIFE!
The Janette storyline just annoys me no end.
An A? Seriously? I may have to stop reading these reviews because it's become clear to me that Oliver is watching some mirror universe version of the show that I don't have access to.
Meh. I didn't like it. A lot of people doing things for plot reasons that make no character sense.
They flit between accurate trivia and huge, a-historical boners. I suspect they're just screwing with us…and I'm OK with that.
Arrow had some rough sledding in the early episodes, but it was never boring. And that's the key here. MAOS is just boring as hell.
My first thought on the episode tonight is that Chalky White ignores the most important maxim of Omar Little, "You come at the king, you best not miss".
Yeah, there's only so much
I'm sure that there's some money changing hands for that. I can't imagine that the most popular sitcom on TV is mentioning a major chain restaurant on a semi-regular basis for free.
I find myself less and less interested by the goings and doings of the characters on this show. I'm not sure what they could do or where they could go that might pique my interest, but this certainly isn't it.
IMDB has the spoiler if you want it.
It takes a while for season 1 to get rolling. Stick with it, if you're going to try and watch it.
This past season wasn't bad at all. Worth it just to watch Tim Minchin play a coked-up, oversexed rock god.
Anyone else think that Kamali is really a bad guy? Why was he just standing there watching Dalton get killed? Then he gets winged in the shoulder at fairly close range by a professional assassin?
Violations of the FACE act, Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances, can be, and often are, charged as federal crimes.
I don't think it's quite as bad as that, but more often than not a flashback is a cheat. Either you're getting an info dump that's trying to disguise itself as a flashback or the show is trying to create some emotional reality without doing the hard work and earning it.
Can anyone think of a reason that any sane human being in the True Blood wouldn't want to eradicate all the vampires? Every single vampire character on the show is a mass murderer.
"Do it? Dan, I'm not a Republic Serial villain. Do you seriously think I'd explain my master-stroke if there remained the slightest chance of you affecting its outcome? I did it thirty-five minutes ago."
Who doesn't love Bud the Eisbiber? His scenes always make me laugh. I really like shows that have good recurring characters so you can mix things up a bit.
Sure you can. Leaving aside the racism, the Pacific campaign in WWII was vicious and brutal in ways the European campaign wasn't.
