After playing with the iPad all day, I can tell you it exceeded all of my expectations. Unlike most electronic purchases I make, I have no sense of greif or regret from buying one!

@fuchikoma: Agreed on how ridiculous this is. A long time ago i started to play Single Player campaigns on Local profiles not live enabled. I only use my live account for Multiplayer. My live account is only around 6k while my local profile is at 38,000.

@jebus2477: Ok i do agree on that point. And to rephrase, ur right and i wouldnt expect free DLC with a used game. But remember the lawsuit is for misleading the customer by implying the DLC is still available or not saying anything at all. I would not expect free DLC because i am knowledgable, many people are not.
