I reguarly get a weeks worth of chicken breast(the good fat juicy ones), a few salmon fillets, some heads of broccoli, fresh spinach and some eggs for about twenty dollars I’ve breakfasts lunch and dinner covered. That same twenty dollars would last about 2.5 days buying crap fast food.
