Didn’t they already announce the Beyond the Spider-Verse is coming out in March 2024? That’s not that long; I’m just grateful they made Across and Beyond at the same time so that we don’t have to wait like 3-5 years for another one.

But was the movie really, really, really, really good?  (Just teasing about the typo.)

“I doubt they saw anything with the drone that’s not shown on google earth. Which raises the question of why the town paid for information they could have gotten for free.”

“Robert Sean Leonard (who sadly doesn’t get the props that Keanu gets in all this)”

“The satellite, nicknamed LignoStella, won’t be entirely made out of wood, of course”

“I’m surprised Carbon Fiber is still very expensive.”

“We can speculate about the name, too; L likely stands for Lexus, B likely points to the B-segment market (so Ford Puma, Vauxhall Mokka etc.) and X again implies it’s an SUV”

“That said, I’m of the opinion that there’s no such thing as an accident in a car- there’s either, you are controlling your 3500 pound piece of industrial equipment or you are not.”

In my opinion, the Ioniq 6 is a dumb car. For the prices dealers are asking for the Ioniq 6, you can get a Genesis G60 (same company), which is much nicer on the inside, has more room for passengers and cargo, is significantly faster, and looks nicer.

“For nearly the same price as AirPods, you get ANC, a better fit, and streamlined connectivity with both Apple and Android devices.”

Tom Cruise still does most (or maybe all?) of his own stunts, doesn’t he? I wonder what the insurance (premiums and coverage) are like on a movie like this.

I used to not use mine for the first few months of the pandemic, but now I turn mine on 95% of the time, and so do most of my coworkers and about half of our clients.

Care to elaborate?

“There are that cost less, and for the rollers and brushes, they work pretty decently, but the aftermarket tower often reported to be full, even though I’d just installed them. The Braava (the mopping mate to the Roomba) at least has you can purchase, wash, and reuse.”

I test drove a Grand Cherokee Summit two weeks ago and was very nonplussed. Got a rookie salesman who knew nothing (he was trying to brag about how the car had power windows).  When leaving, the manager was asking how I would rate the car, and I told him 7 out of 10 at best.  And he was all shocked, saying, “7 out of

“It’s not good for CSI, it’s not good for customer retention,”

“It shows him fist opening his own garage door”

Yeah, it looks like someone did a bad Photoshop job on the grille.

Something feels a bit off though when the author lists so many issues but then says it’s a wonderful car. For example, what you quoted about the hard plastics being really bad, but then at the end of the article, the author says:

“the lack of luxury features like automatic up and down rear windows.”
