“The EQS looks more like a liftback/fastback to me”

I test drove the EQS and was a bit disappointed. Acceleration was a bit laggy, there didn’t seem to be any one-pedal driving options, ADAS capabilities were not impressive, and interior room for people was a bit cramped given the size and price of the vehicle.  I would hope that maybe the EQS SUV would be better, but

I thought the EQS was a hatchback?  At least the one I test drove was.

Same with the word “recall”.  I’ve seen several news items over the past couple months about Tesla vehicles being “recalled” when the fix was a software update.  If that’s true, wouldn’t billions of computers around the world be “recalled” every time there’s a Windows/macOS update?  Or wouldn’t billions of smartphones
