Same with the word “recall”. I’ve seen several news items over the past couple months about Tesla vehicles being “recalled” when the fix was a software update. If that’s true, wouldn’t billions of computers around the world be “recalled” every time there’s a Windows/macOS update? Or wouldn’t billions of smartphones…
