It really bothers me that “The View from Halfway Down” didn’t win. I’d really love to know how many of the voters actually watch what they vote for.

Still no Condorman

Jeez louise, the millions of people who built an entire personality around liking a series of chidlren’s books must be having a rough one.

Yep!

Not to defend this guy in particular, but in principle... isn’t this sexual harassment?

I sincerely scrolled past this thinking it was an Onion headline.

I hear you on that, but the situation with the Oscars seems like a larger issue than The Daily Show (which I love, by the way!) “Congratulations, you’ve done so well you get to stay at the Siberian Front for another year.”

I really enjoyed 2012 Dredd, but neither movie project really even tried to capture the black comedy derived from the comic’s utter British bemusement at the American hard-on for authoritarianism. And given that’s an even less marketable angle to pitch than straight action... or whatever Stalone’s version was, it

Duncan Jones must have learned the secret art of tweeting from beyond the grave from Herman Cain, because holy shit did he get murdered here.
