he is accused of 1st degree murder so they would never send him to a prison without violent offenders, especially since they refused to set bail. I don't know NYC well enough to know what the typical prison used for these purposes is, but it doesn't strike me as odd

yeah i need some shows on my own to watch since summer is so dead, so this and Bojack will carry me through and when we are done with the Sopranos we will have tons of new seasons from the CW shows we watch together and new ones (like Crazy Ex-GF)
