I agree with that statement. In our case, the vacuum was dropped and the main canister had cracked. Dyson didn’t care and replaced it anyways.

Dyson’s warranty has been outstanding. I’ve basically had my entire vacuum replaced for free without any questions. Called up with my issue and the new parts were at my door within a few days. My warranty had even expired by a few days. Highly recommend based on that experience alone.
