So the trick with a the taco on hauling a 4x8 sheet of whatever is to go spend $4 on a 2x6 and cut it down to fit in the two slots they molded into the bed for it. Your sheet goods sit right on top of the wheel wells.

Not sure how long you’ve been around but a current generation Taco is almost as big as an early 90's full size, has more horsepower and will pull as much as my 92 F-150 did. Oh and it was $15k less than a new F-150 with similar options. Unless you have a Baja boat, gooseneck camper or horse trailer a current half ton

Wow it’s almost as good as my Tacoma.

We’re 15 years behind everything in Iowa.

Black Coffee = hot bean water. Nothing more, nothing less. Fucking hipsters are ruining my coffee now.

I walked up the grass next to it at the race in 2016. My legs were sore for a week after hiking that hill for 3 days.

If you have a bicycle you can ride around the track with it one night a week I think. I really wish I lived near Austin rather than Iowa.

You had me until the BBQ. KC is one of the holy trinity of BBQ along with Memphis and Texas. Outside of that it’s a solid take. I’m happy to see the Chiefs finally have a qb that realizes the forward pass is a legal play in football though.

Generally I like to give them a good solid yank on their tail to show them who’s boss. They respond well to that.

I rode in a Geely a few years ago when I was in China for business. It wasn’t bad. As far as I could tell it was just as good as anything the Koreans are building.

Some people just can’t admit when the guy is right. As much as I hate Trump occasionally a blind squirrel finds a nut.

That sales tax doesn’t account for the $30k difference between the sticker prices for a US Camaro and a China Camaro. I realize math is hard for some of you but that comes from tariffs. Here’s the thing with China. I’ve worked with manufacturers in China for a long time. If you have a part made there that is meant for

At the risk of sounding like a Trump apologist (:shudders:) he’s not all that far off on the Camero thing. China has a 100% tax on any car sold there not just American ones. So a sticker price on a car over there of $58k would be around $116k when it’s all said and done.

If the autonomous driving worked like like a cross between cruise control and Sat Nav that I could turn on for long trips I might be interested but personally I enjoy driving myself.

I know what you mean. I bought a new, loaded GT in 2006 for $30k. That same car is $45k now.

Horner has been shit talking Renault since the dawn of time. Their V8 wasn’t as good as the Ferrari or Merc was either but they had the Smokey Yunick of NASCAR in Adrian Newey making that car drive like it was on rails. Now that he’s not as involved day to day as he was the car has taken a step back. I think Ricciardo

I’ve worked in both too and that ratio is much higher in a union shop.

I work in a factory with the UAW and the biggest issue I see with them is it make it impossible to make any meaningful corrections for subpar assemblers. You know where the turds in the punchbowl are but you can’t scoop them out.

Holy shit. I need one of those rear wings. It would look great in my bachelor pad after my wife divorces me for dropping $2k on one.

I get HAAS wanting to wait until the summer break to deal with this but you would have thought they would have suspended him or something symbolic like that while they figured out how to fire his punk ass without a legal fight. The douche canoe needs to go.
