There's nothing wrong with your eyes. You simply can't get a proper impression of game graphics or frame rates after conversion and compression to YouTube. Even a video of a game running on 780Ti SLi is going to look worse than the same game running live on my comparatively terrible computer.

Today Desktop! Let's see yours!

If the hunters didn't pose they'd just make the chugging animations longer. The point is that using items isn't supposed to be quick so you have to be careful when you use them. For instance not chugging a potion when a monster is charging you. The animation may seem a little silly, but making items faster would

The poses are there to stay, if you want shorter ones there is an item set that does that.

That pose animation has been in the game since the original. I highly doubt they will ever take that away. There is a reason for it too. It causes the player to be susceptible to a monsters attack so this way you have to think twice when you want to heal or anything.

I hope they announce a wiiU version too. I really like playing 3 ultimate on the big screen with that sweet pro controller.

Actually, they usually slide in the individual's favor. Judges love putting large companies "in their place". It's a power trip thing. The slant isn't even subtle, and it's pretty unjust. America!

It was on appeal. That's the whole point of an appeals system: the appellant says the first judgment was in error, so a new judge reviews it. In this case, the first judgment was indeed in error, because the two products were never directly compared (the whole point of copyright). Therefore, the jury's decision

"To Polygon, a spokeswoman said: "King does not clone other peoples' games." That said, she acknowledged Pac-Avoid had been removed from RoyalGames.com "for the avoidance of doubt" that King had copied someone else's work."

I took a look at the site yesterday when the story was up over on Joystiq. King has since removed the page, but while it was up they blatantly referenced the character in the game as Pacman.

Don't you mean Saga™?

I'm so glad i deleted Candy Crush. Shit was a life sucker.

I think you severely overestimated the cost of bandwidth. Bandwidth on the most expensive stretch of network, the West Africa Cable System undersea cable, costs only 1.9 cents per gigabyte of data, and that is with a 200% markup factored in to ensure a profit. http://blogs.howstuffworks.com/2011/04/07/wha…

Says Reveangence is disappointing but praises DmC and Remember Me over it. Well okay, but there's an opinion you wont see everyday.

...but if they did, it would probably sound something like this:

People should also pass this simple test before getting the right to use the internet.

I for one am shocked that the company behind a game designed to make money by taking advantage of peoples' worst psychological impulses is capable of this sort of behavior.

Understandable, Jason, but how about...

"Sketchy" Promo?

It's both. I've breezed through Dark Souls quite a few times without problems, but La Mulana is giving me hell. It's Dark Souls-ey in the sense that everything is intricately laid out for you to get through, yet well-balanced and challenging. But it's more twitchy and stressful, IMO. It's like a cross between Dark
