“The Wat of Acid” is terrific, but, damn, BoJack’s “The View From Halfway Down” should have won. It’s just... like nothing else.

Is her first name... also Martha?
Sure we do!
It’s amazing that DC Universe as the platform is the thing I’m sad to see go. Who knew it would actually produce a respectable amount of good content and two of the best superhero shows ever.
So, how exactly canceling a show instead of postponing filming is saving them money? They’ll have to replace it with something anyway at some point. I’m genuinely asking.
Oh cool. I guess they still operate from “we’re the famouses, we get what we want” mentality, despite all the bad PR. Even realizing that they’re digging themselves deeper into shit, they’re still annoyed that someone dares to not let them just do stuff.
And that’s three C- pre-air reviews for new shows in a row...
Why are they filming stuff already? I thought shows like that are all on quarantine.
There were never any proofreaders. It’s been a running joke for many years.
I mean, I wasn’t seriously criticizing you either...
Nah, that’s Karen Gillan, who is also a redhead, which could’ve been what caused your confusion.
I still think the best episode they did with Roger was when part of him became Jimmy Stewart-like and he was horrified by the actions of real Roger and then had to realize that he’s not real. That was actually heartbreaking.
Was he ever acting like a nazi though? I wonder if he was in early seasons which I don’t remember very well these days.
He’s a good voice actor. He’s just generally not as amusing as he thinks and not as good a storyteller as he thinks.
With that I agree. However, only seeing from the perspective of how the story ends is a bit reductive. Like, say, aforementioned Portrait... has a more or less sad ending, but the movie is focused on that time in the lives of the characters when they were happy.
This isn’t a study though, this isn’t science. This is fiction, the same way Masters of Sex was fiction despite rooting itself firmly in real people’s lives. And it grew fiction-er by the day.
First, people should stop making biopics about themselves. Bohemian Rhapsody was a warning sign, Rocketman was all the evidence you needed. People should not sanctify themselves in their lifetime. The cult of celebrity is rampant enough as it is.
So, that’s a total ban on fictionalized romantic lives of any real people? Or just speculation on someone being or not being gay? Because obviously it doesn’t work the same way with straight people. Their romance wasn’t hidden. Everyone was aware when a heterosexual couple formed back then. I mean, there was adultery,…
Oh right, there’s no point talking to you.
