No, the Damon Lindelof that gave us the leftovers and watchmen.

The fact they brought back Mark Strong and Mr Mind just to poke fun at the absurdity was brilliant.
Diesel is no saint either, but I’ve fallen pretty heavily on Diesel’s side in the feud between Diesel and Johnson.
I love how he thinks black Adam being a critical and commercial bomb is the same as winning a football championship. Also funny he chalks up his firing to new management, when the new management were fully backing Johnson right up until his movie was a critical and commercial bomb.
It's remarkable how daring Johnson once was to make a movie like Southland Tales.
Cena seems to genuinely have a good humour about himself and is willing to stretch his comic and dramatic muscles. Bautista is currently the king though. Johnson gave up a couple of decades ago.
That’s probably my favourite episode overall. Seinfeld was clearly having a blast and his high pitched whiny voice works hilariously well for that wonderfully smug all powerful computer. Plus you get Eugene Levy and Jon Favreau in the same episode.
Euphoria is a massive success for HBO and David Zaslav has repeatedly cited that show as something he’s delighted makes so much money. I imagine this is why discovery will turn a blind eye to production turmoil with the idol. They don't want to risk angering the Euphoria creator by writing off his next show for…
Dilbert’s mum as a whole is my favourite character. Particularly one scene where she casually says that of course she loves Dilbert, that doesn’t mean she likes him. Because she makes it clear she doesn’t like him. When Dilbert protests that she HAS to like him, she just retorts:
One of the many reasons I love Matt Berry is that Berry calmly distanced himself from Lineham completely in the most casual but clear way possible.
I really enjoy the short lived dilbert cartoon, and I feel comfortable saying that since that show is significantly more Larry Charles made joyful insanity than mundane workplace Scott Adams.
Pretty much. Craig has admitted as much over the years.
As someone who quite liked but didn’t love season 3, this feels like the right move.
Luca is really criminally underrated.
Given that the cast were released from their contracts back in may 2022, this is a sadly foregone conclusion.
Though he’s only in the game for a small but memorable part, I always loved Bill. Having him played by Deadwood star W Earl Brown was definitely a way to successfully have him make an immediate impression. I’m happy to hear the character got expanded for the show and casting Nick Offerman is a brilliant way to make…
Interestingly, he seems to be the one person who got through to Gina, just a little. Since she deleted her trans mockery thing after he privately spoke to her. Which is a testament both to Pascal’s conviction for his sister as well as his ability to impact a lunatic.
That's an ideal hell for her. She runs to the arms of psychotic right wing nutjobs, expecting to be embraced for being a hero who spoke her mind, and instead she's review bombed by freaks who go "movie had strong woman, movie is woke, movie is terrible".
That attitude of soderbergh, where he’ll make movies with the most successful charismatic people ever, and then also whip up a strange experimental movie like bubble starring unknowns is why I enjoy his work. Not every movie is a success, but the existence of it all is wonderful.
It’s interesting the Hollywood reporter article went “the set is chaos, because Coppola fired the VFX crew” and then Coppola’s rebuttal is “Yes I did fire my VFX crew but it’s all good”.
