I believe there is one additional free character that rotates on a daily basis. It's only 20 for all the characters anyways (2.50 each), essentially meaning you buy the base game for that price.

It changes when we enter Daylight Saving Time. Honestly though, it's only really important because there are a few places that do not observe Daylight Saving Time and if I remember correctly, there are also a few that enter it at different dates.

It bugs me when people don't get the difference between PDT and PST. #TimeNazi
