You agree while creating an account.. And the second part is correct, just like in the case of WoW where you’re forced to agree upon sign in before you can even play the updated game. Your second paragraph is correct. The links were about copyright which is what I had mentioned before as well, and you have no source

The sale of the physical disc is not. but you can use that disc for a coaster for all they care, as they have a digital download method. You buy a key, and when you input that key on their site, youre bound to the EULA/TOS they set. meaning, if youre trying to activate a new key on a banned account, youre wasting

Makes me miss Burnout 3. The one before all of the unnecessary "Hit X to charge your explosion" crap. Then, it just mattered about timing and how much damage you could do on crash mode...and not charge an explosion or use a specific vehicle only.

If you buy a new copy, its not a new TOS or new EULA. Its the same one you agreed to the first time. The same thing goes for WoW updates. They splash it at the beginning each time its updated as a reminder, but if you log in once, you’ve already agreed to abide by their rules. The only time they would have to have you

Source on those lost cases? I know they lost one against a bot company for copyright infringement, but that’s the only one I know about them losing...and they were still legally allowed to ban anyone using the bots...they just didn’t have grounds for copyright infringement.

If you ordered the food and while waiting, got kicked out, they do not have to refund you anything. They do not owe you anything. And if you pay a doorman (buy another copy) or buy a disguise (make another account) and are able to get in and order again (add those keys to an account)but then are thrown out again

uh...games before CoD were twitch shooters. Quake 3? Twitch. UT? Twitch. Duke Nukem? Twitch (for MP). Im almost 40, and I've yet to find someone younger than me that could beat me (although Im sure there are plenty out there). Most of the people I play with are older because they grew up with twitch shooters and

If you have an account and break the EULA/TOS by cheating, you get banned. Doesnt matter if they are using hardware methods or account methods...you, the player, are banned. If you buy copies for other systems or create other accounts in an effort to circumvent that...they are not at fault. You are still banned. Just

uh...what?

when you play, commit to playing. That should be a rule for ALL mp games. getting sick is one thing (bummer) but the other two are avoidable. if you cant commit the time, don’t fire up the game.

If you do it once, like an emergency...they don’t care about that. If you jump servers with your friends repeatedly...you deserve it. And if you whine about the core concept instead of actually playing, then rage quit...you deserve it.

but...if you bought that program and then installed it on multiple machines, or pirated it out to others...that voids your contract and forfeits any returnable money that you could have gotten. Why should cheating and violating the TOS/EULA be any different?

Saw the video - he totally deserved the ban.

Im very “emotionally grown”...in that people have the right and freedom to use the things they pay for in the manner it is intended. I wouldn’t restrict others rights to do so either...so how is that "emotionally immature"? Its people who want to install those (easily breakable) wedge things or make passive aggressive

I should recline because I paid for the space and can do so. I understand fully. And if everyone uses the seat they paid for as it is intended, everyone is cheerful.

Windows? that’s not an exploit that’s an OS. And even outside of that, just playing the game on Windows, or Xbone, or PS4 would still mean youd be connecting to their servers which are secure...and not running Windows.

When you buy a game you are buying permission to play that game according to the TOS. You break that, and the game company can do whatever they want to keep you from playing it...offline or not. Its never yours to OWN.

Oh? someone sitting with their face pressed to your chair or in your reclining space behind you? That’s too bad for them as you paid for that space.

your personal space includes the area behind you that the seat reclines into.

Until its shoved down your throat. That, or I get up first and make you MASSIVELY late for your connecting flight, which I have no problem doing, even if it means missing my own. Have a great flight!
