My biggest thing is that if you feel like women and minority writers contributing to your show is detrimental, I really question your sanity. I don’t understand how someone can be that dense.

Generally, I would venture to say that people are not rushing to peg you as homophobes, but are more likely to identify you as being petulant, and ridiculous by wedging yourself as the arbiter of what content does/does not belong on a website you don’t own, and you don’t pay for.
