Are men just...allergic to giving good apologies?

Agreed. I about had a rage stroke yesterday when two older women at work started talking about how ridiculous it is for women to come forward about something that happened years ago.

I commented on a panic piece about how, with Franken, we were coming close to overdoing the #metoo moment by saying “No, we’re not, and you can’t cherry-pick who you want to believe.” I immediately received dozens of men’s comments accusing me of saying it was just as bad as what Moore and Trump did (never would say

He also said to give Trump a chance, that it wasn’t fair for people to keep criticizing him.

I have zero time for handwringing about these guys. Should they be able to have a basic standard of living and one or two people who enjoy them enough to keep in touch? Sure. I’m willing to engage in some advocacy on behalf of poor sex offenders in that vein. Everyone listed already has that, though.

I bet I know what kind of plane he was flying.

She’s right, and this should be our response to Franken. We don’t get to only condemn bad behavior when it’s committed by people we hate.

I don’t know if I agree with that.

Making comparisons between other allegations or political parties is not helpful. Comparisons inherently legitimize/forgive some instances of sexual

Dear Men:

I’m already sick of the apologists claiming “It was a JOKE! He was on SNL!” like that makes it ok.

Yep! Ada town slogan — “It ain’t so bad.” (It’s actually not.)

Now playing

I’m really more of a Tim and Dawn fan (um; spoilers)

I thought he was perfect for Jim.

I dunno my, artist daughter and her artist husband live in Southern Oklahoma and they both work at a university. They’re only a relatively short drive away from either Dallas or Oklahoma City, and each of those cities have some cultural opportunities of a big city. The kinda remote town they live in has a big dog

I guess as who I am, I’m not allowed to have a nervous breakdown, ever.

The way she includes fuckin’ FOOD in with after school activities and mommy and me classes as investment options, as if feeding your kids is a fucking choice to be weighed against other things! I can’t wait for her husband, brother, and father to be in prison, and for all their assets to be seized.
