My mum was a single mum doing her best. She told teenage me she wasn’t about to let a man take credit for something she’d worked and struggled for.

I was a kid in the UK a few years ago. We always had presents from Mum, and usually something like socks from Santa. Some people are professional moaners and take every opportunity to show off.

My brother is training to be a paramedic. When he started training, his instructor taught him to do CPR do the tune of Another One Bites the Dust, and told him that he messed up big time when he last performed CPR on a patient. After we needed a fire engine out, I don’t burn them any way, but I find using scented candles or wax melts with my burner helps my severe depression and anxiety. I’ll try this out.
