a NYCFC home game is never excellent viewing, its a tiny field (below what should be allowed for a game by 3 yards in width) and the angle of the camera makes it terrible TV viewing - its like when SKC were the Wizards playing at Community America Ballpark, accept that had actual decent in stadium seats

I would recommend getting familiar with taking apart each controller and how they work so you can simply customize them yourself and also repair them when springs wear down and other various problems arise. 

I am guessing they dont do the accounting (hopefully they dont) and are just throwing out numbers they have heard from the people who do that
