It’s satire - Youtube description is tagged #mischef explicitly says all people shown getting sprayed are in on the prank ... the guy spray himself in the first 5 seconds of the video kind of tipped it off for me.

I think we already have. I’m pretty sure the grass we use have always been selectively bred to have a pleasant nice feel, uses a little water as possible, and grows slower than natural grass (have you seen wild grass, like on Blue Plan... notice how different it looks to what grows on our lawns from Maine to Florida…
