yes, let him race. it’s up to him and his team to wether or not he can do actvites outside of his contract. i think it makes sports better when talent can be seen in more than one series.

so long ago i sold my ‘70 scout on ebay, it did run when parked, it jsut didn’t go! i had blown out hte transmission. but at the same time i didn’t know what i had. i bought it for $750, broke it, then sold it for $900. now i kinda wish i had tried craigslist first, after reading all these fateful stories.
my truck gets a wash once a year wether it needs it or not (it does).
ok so long, long ago, in a state far, far from where i live now. one of my first jobs in a brake shop, customer had these crazy custom wheels on this toyota truck. it had a special socket for the lugs as a standard socket was too thick walled, they weren’t even keyed, just extremely tight tolerance to the lugs.…
doesn’t matter, the problem persists.
i had a parts store, i miss it greatly, Allison Automotive, now closed for over a decade, that i would walk into anf the counter guys had no clue of my name, by they knew what i was buying parts for, and had punched in ‘77 Datsun 620, L20b, 5 speed, before i reached the counter. greeting was something like, “Hey,…
on first glance, with that color package, it just looke like they forgot to finish the front of hte truck.
i cant have my first car back, i binned it, i still have my first truck. and my daily is a 22 year old ranger, and its the price of a new car that keeps my beater on the road really.
all of them, they have no real character and are just derivatives of their past selves.
i tried to watch, but because of the red flag, i didnt all record, then race 2 had that weird delay at the start, then safety car, then its own mess. just not a good course. the hairpin was so tight that you couldn’t clear the far wall it you were on the inside coming it. hard to get into a sport like this when it…
moment of zen
the only thing i get out of this is that the Smiths are garbage
once i had to help a friend with his mid ‘90's towncar, a rear shock had broken off a mount and was dragging. with not much for tools, i had to use the stock scissor jack to lift the car, and i managed to squeeze under the car and remove the shock completely, i was gonna take it home to fix it right. did i mention…
al i have to say is “ROVAL, ROVAL, ROVAL!!” me wants more ROVALs!
Best thing ever, no more oval unless weird ovals, like Phoenix (say it as “Pah-ho-nicks”) and have only Rovals!
That’s still way more work than I expected in a comment, thanks!
Worst part for me was watching Harvick’s beater plow into a second wreck. Like he wasn’t already having a bad day.
Then the audience keeps shrinking, including me. Going road course at Charlotte is the beginning. Because when only 35% of the field finished, it gets old, and how many people quit watching when their dirver is out? I don’t know if that’s the answer, but it’s what I want to see.
After I posted that question, that was my thought exactly!
What is the race with the fewest finishing cars? This track and Daytona need to go road course only, losing this many teams is just bad.
