I tend to run in minimal shoes - I’m in Merrel Bare Access 4’s now, which have zero drop. That said, I think I may need more cushion as I get a bit - ahem - older. I haven’t found low drop shoes with cushion that I like. I know these have a huge drop, but worth a shot for a mid/forefoot striker?
