I did a similar thing with a Asus EeeBox took off XP Home put Ubuntu on it with Boxee (as there was no Win version of Boxee back then), and it has been working out for very well. #feature

Ok, where should I start. I used to be a Windows user and then got into Linux when I started BS in CS. Dabbled with Linux (Red Hat, Mandrake) on a spare computer, but didn't really stick with it and used Win 98 on my primary computer then Win XP.
