@jeremy_mccurdy: Thank you for letting us know, I was going to fire up my XP machine and install it but now I don't want to. I have gotten so used Compiz it's kinda hard on my eyes to work on XP machines which I have to for my work.

Very cool, now Windows users can get a taste of what Mac OS X users have been getting for sometime now. Us Ubuntu users finally got something similar in 9.04's notification-ost. I will definitely be installing this in Windows 7 RC.
Been using the RC since last Friday and love it. This is coming from a Ubuntu user.
I work as a web developer so I have all walk of life in the browser world, but I still use FF at work.

Wow...I didn't know that people needed to jump through hoops to get Ubuntu on their white Macbook...but it's doable!
Been running 9.04 alpha 6 since the weekend full time. I really like the new notification system, ext4 and how fast it is, and also the new packages like OpenOffice 3.0 for example.
Well, that just sucks.
