Yeah there is no inherent public safety risk in driving and popping wheelies on atvs and dirt bikes on public streets, sidewalks, and often blocking off streets near where I live for up to an hour at a time so they can have their little give me attention partys.

So there is no inherent public safety hazard in driving, for the most part stolen, bikes and atvs up and down public streets and side walks and blocking off streets for long periods of time? Weird. Also untrue.

Yeah and putting the public in danger, leading high speed chases on sidewalks with stolen bikes...all of those activities are harmless.

I also live in the area and this has been going on for years, and did not just start happening in response to anything except their want to put public safety at risk and make a spectacle of themselves in one of the most dangerous ways possible. Oh, and most of their bikes are stolen which is why they have no problem…
