Nope.
Nope.
Fair enough. I shouldn't be angry at the people enjoying what used to be routine, I should be angry at the site removing the most expensive (but still quite cheap) feature.
What shocks me is that AVClub cut coverage of popular shows that got a few dozen comments (nothing gets hundreds like the pre Kinja days) yet still reviews this garbage, that’s a solid 5 years past being relevant or interesting, that the reviewer constantly says is terrible, and that gets under 40 comments.
I’m late to the game, but having just finished S1, I disagree with a lot of this.
The series weirdly gets better in the 4th and improves in the 5th and 6th
I mean, yeah, he wasn’t making money from Netflix directly for the show, but he’s made at least $100M from Netflix total thus far. And that’s because of the show. Had he not done that show, he would not be making $20M per special through Netflix.
Something about Moana always feels cheap to me. I think it may be that The Rock’s voice work is just ok.
That doesn’t mean he wasn’t.
Second
I never watched him before this year, not even in SNL, but his take on this disaster of a president is by far the best to me. 12 minutes of daily joy on YouTube, with occasional bees or Sea Captains
I mean, it’s all believable because we see evidence of bad behavior on screen via stand ins and cgi eyes.
Mine isn't solid black, but a black and white photo that's about 75% black, ha
LINES for the win.
But there was no smoke. And he accused her of not trusting him, because she didn’t trust him. Odds are she didn’t just stop by, she stopped by and caused a scene, or at least did a bad job hiding that she didn’t pop by to see him, but to see her.
Given how little exposition was in Fury Road, I’m actually not too concerned with anything being overexplained.
I thought the imagery was useless due to absolutely terrible CGI, and that overall, not a single thing in the movie worked
Superman is right. I dated a girl that enjoyed bringing other people into things. It was crazy and fun. I partook in a lot of shit. But I'd never do 99% of that with my wife. It was all fun because that girlfriend wasn't really an emotional connection for either of us. We were rebounding, we knew it, and we were open…
I mean, the Royale is extremely cheap plastic, which is what drives the price. Mine was $18. However, when I put a $30 strap on it, it looks absolutely smashing.
Like many, I watched the first two episodes if S1 and quit. Then, when S2 hit, I was convinced to try again.
Ghe first episode felt off. Timing was off. Jokes were more random than witty. It wasn't very funny, probably a C at best. Surprised to see the positive reaction here. For the first time, I really felt myself questioning why I'm watching. Even bad 1999 episodes often had a few good jokes. This... Not so much.
