So put on some coffee for me right now.

It really is the most cuddly TV show on the air. I want to hug every person on this show.

I have a theory that the proliferation of crime procedurals reflects both a need for people to indulge in their worst thoughts and the desire for an easily definable moral code. But yeah, that show is disturbing.

I just took pajamas and my Spongebob plushie to school and called it a day.

It wouldn't happen in a million years, but seeing it behind Idol would make me unreasonably happy.
Then again, maybe it'll grow from here. It definitely seems like the type of show that could build a cult audience like Raising Hope and somehow make its way to at least two seasons.

Every episode so far has been wonderful, but plotwise there's not a whole lot of serialization. Maybe watching the pilot would be a good idea, though, just to get some of the exposition out of the way. And the birthday episode, because it's awesome.

I am impressed with how quickly the show has found its voice. By the birthday episode, I knew this show would be a keeper.

In six short episodes, Kate has ascended into the Britta pantheon of awesome female characters.
I love this show so much. It's heartwarming without being sappy, hilarious without being cheap, and completely humane. (On an unrelated note, I would even argue that it's the best representation of single motherhood on

He's in the next two episodes according to FOX's press releases, though, so I don't know how long he'll stay. Maybe they'll just extend the contract to fit him into the seasonal arc?
