Dear Alastair Duncan,

After thinking about this a fair bit too much, I’ve come to the conclusion that there was likely an extended storyline with Chandler and Reddick that was cut for time (or some other reason).

That said, I think that Johnson is a skilled filmmaker and I would have liked to see him make some movies that were allowed to stand on their own, instead of serving some larger plot or fit with the work of other directors. On the other hand, I loved Knives Out, and in general I’m always rooting for lower budget

Damn. This? This is stellar writing and actually thought provoking.

This is a great point.

Agreed 1000%. This is the version of the Flash that I want to see a movie about. Not the Whedon, self-deprecating, kinda cowardly one.

I enjoyed the parts with Silas Stone much more than I thought I would. Steppenwolf retrieving the last box went from him slipping in when the heroes just plain forgot about it, to Cyborg’s dad sacrificing himself to embed a clue that would give the JL the information they needed to find Steppenwolf’s base.

Which is funny because going from Metropolis to Smallville wasn’t even a concern for me (she even says she got an apartment next to the diner, which I’m 99% sure is in Smallville...), whereas when Martha showed up later I just kept wondering when Lois was going to mention how much her kind words had helped and Martha

I think Including MM Is a huge mistake, and another sign that ZS doesn’t understand (or likely, care) about characters. MM could have remained hidden and been doing more behind the scenes, as he has, In the past, feared humanity’s reaction to him. But to completely remain Inactive except for the Martha scene - It Is

Really though... what WAS up with that strange Martian Manhunter scene halfway in?

Oh most definitely! I don’t know if Marvel has any weird holes like DC, but there are random back issues missing from online digital platforms like Comixology and DC Universe Infinite - including, if I’m not mistaken, the 2 Eclipso issues that bookend the crossover. You can buy/read most of the crossover issues

AFAIK, one of the reasons it’s not well-remembered is that it doesn’t seem to have ever been collected.

Yeah I was beyond excited when they revealed the diamond. Darkness Within was my first big event as well and stuck with me as a kid.

I don’t like how all these apology statements talk about how the person may have “hurt” other people and other communities. When minorities are angry, we are not angry because we are victims, like we are weak people to are slighted by the smallest breeze. We are angry because you disrespected us. You signaled that you

But “basically everyone devolved into being criminals and assholes without the Federation there to enforce their society at the end of a phaser” was pretty terrible.

Romulan society hasn’t really ever been explored outside the odd episode here and there unlike the Klingons in TNG or the Andorians in ENT, so it doesn’t really contradict anything. Oddly enough I kind of like it. Its similar but different enough from the Vulcans and incorporates all their secretive sneakiness we’ve

AGH why did you have to say “I’m Going to Go Back There Someday” I’m at work for crying out loud!

This one is definitely underrated. I’ve never gotten the hate. It wasn’t the triumphant return that it’s predecessor was but it was a fun movie with some really great gags.

There’s a zombie apocalypse that leaves only a small percentage of people un-zombified. Is your reaction to form a group and then kill everyone outside your group who hasn’t turned into a zombie? If so, you are like most of the groups that we have seen on The Walking Dead. This new group is, at least, the sixth group
