New England has already eroded, flatter and more stable geologically. Cali is still relatively young and a lot more mountainous. I never hear of great canyon roads in that area. Plus, Yankees have had a few centuries to get their shit together regarding roads and housing.

It took 3.5 hours for me to get home in Leona Valley from Santa Clarita last night. Most of the canyons are still closed. Point of interest, a BRZ with Michelin Pilot Super Sports handles well in mud. Doesn’t look good right now.

I bought a new ‘95 T-Bird and the radiator (plastic tanks) leaked within a month and quarter size chunk of the coolant passage blew out of the plastic intake manifold shortly thereafter. After that, no more issues other than a constant diet of front rotors. Was the DexCool incompatible with the plastic?
