I was pretty awed by this in 1972.... it never gets old.

I find FIAT 500Ls as boring as Godzilla finds them unpalatable...
Here’s who to blame for the abolition of the rolling exemption. Sally Lieber - AB2683 passed in 2005, stopped the smog tests at 1975 and older cars. She looks damn proud, no?
1964 Studebaker Hawk GT - 112 year old company on its last legs - The company shouldered on in Canada for 3 more years, but this was the end for the oldest American manufacturer.
You’re preachin’ to the choir. This is an evenings worth of canyon bugs adorning my ‘13 BRZ.
Does the CQ-10B have detachable wheels or jump-start capability? I can’t see it powering forward on skids before flight.
You can thank Sally Lieber for AB2683, introduced in 2004, which stopped the rolling 30 year exemption.

Never heard prop strikes on dirt before - interesting...
Northwest of the Crest - Leona Valley, I take N2 and the Canyons (Lake Hughes, San Francisquito and Bouquet). My offices are in Santa Clarita, Tujunga and Quartz Hill. I have driven Angeles Forest and Big Tujunga weekly for the last 29 years.
I live in the mountains north of LA and commute ~300 miles per week. The car is excellent in the canyons and back roads, OK on the freeway (you’re low and other drivers have a hard time seeing me - but I’ve ridden motorcycles for over 40 years and can deal with it) but I’d prefer something larger and more low end…
Yeah, it took awhile to get used to the steep driveways around here, there is one I avoid because it’ll scrape my tail. I’ve got > 50k and nearly 3 years on mine. It seems that my bumper is ~1 inch lower than most concrete parking stops.
Oh, good luck with that lip spoiler. My BRZ has a s***load of rash on the bumper edge without the parking stop catcher...
Does the Renault Zoe concept include a commode in the drivers seat?
Countless possibilities are available to those with skills. How about this Rx924 I built and drove in the early ‘90’s? It has a 13B with Dellorto carb and 924 turbo 5-speed.
Yes, and this is how it ended on the seabed of the Pacific...
I this one of those abortive flying car articles?
Well, the Swedes had a winner in '74 - even had Napoleon conducting 'Waterloo'.

#6 - Fits tall people. I was pleasantly surprised to fit (6'5") in such a compact car.
