The car with the bigger motor is faster? IMPOSSIBLE! NO WAY!!!

Oooooooo, look at the Aston... nice shot... gorgeous car... beautiful angles and editing... and...

@Ray Wert: My dog always wants to go outside and cop a squirt.

Rutledge Wood just called something "ugly?" Has he... Nevermind.

Tanner's narration... isn't. The video itself is hideous - as if it's all being shot using the cheapest possible HD camera with no filters and a beginner's lens.

@Bubs: Honda and Mitsubishi had government help. BMW and VW have had LOTS of government help. SAIC is a government-owned group, so they're entirely on the government's tit.

Hey - at least (unlike Akon) this cat knows how to say "Gallardo." Love or hate his style, I haven't seen anything this real about cars in music in quite some time.

This used to be such an amazing franchise, back in the day. Then the rest of the world caught up.

@komododave: That's it. I'm buyin' you a beer. :)

@Half the wheels and twice the fun: Because, you see the global economic collapse NEVER happened — and it CERTAINLY didn't nearly take down any Japanese or German companies - just GM and Chrysler?

@Triborough: They already paid back your share. You can shut up now.

@LastAndLeast: Oh hardly! Remember, according to the Supreme Court (via the Citizens United decision), a corporation is a person, with feelings and thoughts and all kinds of mushy stuff.

@komododave: +1. This is Comment of the Month.

Terrible story there. Anyway, now the news...

Motor-who and Rush-what? What is this, 1994?

And you drive what, Prick Daddy?

Yes, yes. Just put up with the sexual assault. It's so much better that way.

I have to follow it up - and my blog will reflect this once I get a chance - for all my complaints about the show, I'm glad they made it. I'm glad they're going to do a full season. I hope they bring it back for another season — and I hope they allow the show to mature, as the BBC did with the original.

@Ghoti4: Yes and no. The "new" episodes are longer-length, but still have some content chopped and music re-scored for US audiences. Slightly improved from before, but still not the Real Deal.
