I have worked in the music and film biz and none of these startup stories seem unusual to me. Kinda...standard, actually.

They should have been more careful about the wording, but this is standard in corporations in the service industry. Also for men, but they don’t do grooming classes together because zzzzzzzz for everyone. I worked on the grooming book for a big fashion house and it was as strict for men as for women.
