I happily voted for her, but she and her campaign deserve the blame. I have no idea how they couldn’t figure out how to beat that guy but sitting around and not campaigning in formally industrialized states and just hoping he’d shoot himself in the foot was not a good strategy (obviously)

I can see it both ways. He talked a lot about how much he hated his life with his family, and his behavior supported that feeling. I still think there’s reasonable doubt, but I don’t think this is a straightforward case of a dad being forgetful.

Yeah, I wouldn’t be comfortable convicting him either, based on the evidence I’ve seen. I have massive amounts of reasonable doubt. I’m surprised the comments here are so overwhelmingly supportive of the guilty verdict.

Based on everything I’ve heard and read about the case, I don’t think that I would have felt comfortable convicting him. Now, the police officer who was caught on video shooting a man in the back, yes. He’s guilty. But I’m not so sure with Harris.
