I never tried it, but I know it beats their main page and main section rates.

This one goes for cooking pork or turkey tenderloins. Most say just throw them in the oven on a rack and go. If you want a juicy one, take it from the freezer frozen, place it in a cooking bag, and tie it up. Cut your two slits and cook it as directed. Cooks great, and is really juicy.
I never use "fresh" meat .. I.e. just purchased as the store. I find it much easier to buy it when it is on sale and freeze it. However unless you want to do the preparation before you freeze it, why not cut it frozen. Most of the time you are dicing chicken breasts or steaks for chili or something like that. All…
I find that to be the issue with many cars. Too much technology and it is all bundled with the crap that should be standard, or on a lower tier. I almost cannot find a car (in loose terms, SUV/trucks count) where I am not having to spec out almost the top tier just to get the items I consider basic for a vehicle.
I don't know if it is how rich you are .. what I was trying to say is the propensity of savings (or savings rate) matters more. Who is richer? A) the person who makes $20k but only spends $15k or B) the person who makes $200k but spends $220k?
I don't care about swiping through (like your tony stark example) but I love HUDs, and have owned 3 cars that have had them. I miss that piece of technology the most.
Negotiation skills, Personal Finance, Sex (outside the clinical birds and bees conversation), and dealing with stuff independent adults deal with (buy a car, buy a house, sign a lease, utilities, etc.) I am a successful 40 year old business owner, college professor, have 2 masters degrees, and am on track to retire…
In my graduate studies I had a professor say this to me. Elementary schools teach you how to follow directions. Secondary schools teach you how to learn. Undergraduate degrees teach you how to apply what you have learned. Graduate degrees teach you to research. Doctorate degrees teach you how to create new ideas from…

I don't necessarily see that. I bet most people's parents told them something along the way, but how it was applied was inferred and not stated. Parents did things like "Bad week for groceries" or "Cannot eat out for a while because we have no money" were all things that are valuable lessons. However people took it…
I have always put it in a tupper ware on a piece of paper towel. The paper towel will soak up any excess moisture and the tupper ware keeps it sealed. Same thing with the wax paper/plastic wrap mentioned above.
Only if you cherry pick ... look at all the data, across all vehicles, across brand and you will see a trend. Yes some Chevy might blow the socks off some Nissan in one category, but when you put all of them together, you can see a trend.
Nissan = Cheaper than most, decent MPG, and its styling is not bat shit crazy on its mainstream cars. When it does step out it is a targeted car (juke, cube, etc.) and they know their market. Yes the trucks are old (the only thing in their lineup that is aging) but they are solid. Since they are cheaper, they have…
Extra charge for happy ending !!!
This reminded me of the top gear UK episode where the guys try to buy a car that "youths" would like for under 2000 pounds (insured). That is EXACTLY what is going on here. What can I afford, insure, and not look like a total pansy in the process.
Let me see .. people who are poor, not college educated (or if they are just graduated) and are typically underemployed by all government polls ... they want small, cheap, high MPG cars. Who da thunk it?
Absolutely agree. I loved the last few drive-ins I have gone to. One in Massachusetts and one in Indiana. Great Friday/Saturday night activity.

While they might have owned the theater in town, it was not ticket prices that made them move. The MPAA sets ticket prices based on location (zip codes) and gets normally 100% of the ticket take for the first 14 days of any release. The theater owners make their money exclusively on concessions. People that go to…
