It’s only what gives that right in the US. And yes, that clearly means there’s no legal action to take here. But look at all the comments that don’t make that distinction.

They’re allowed to attack, it’s just not really done because it’s stupifyingly expensive to move troops.

But at least in the book those spoilers are revealed in the first few chapters. It's not supposed to be a surprise, it's meant to be an inevitable tragedy.

I don’t remember him even hinting at peace. Not even as a feint. The closest I can think of is the dinner where the lesser houses were afraid of him.

Also, I don’t think “keep the peace” is remotely a character trait you can attribute to Kynes. Dude did lots of things, but nothing that fits that description.

Gurny seems to be lacking his trademark ugliness and giant facial scar. And all that armor seems like it would make slow knife fighting kind of silly.

It certainly fits in with Jessica not knowing how to properly wear the stilsuit. No excuse for Paul though. Cover your damn head.

I think so, but it gets muddled ones you consider that most of the Bene Gesserit are mostly talking about breeding programs. Does it count as “talking about a man” if the characters are talking about them as livestock?

I’m already furious about it just from that one picture. She doesn’t look badass, she looks like someone trying to look badass. No true Freman would be caught in the desert with their head uncovered. 

The Fremen aren’t really pre-industrial. They’re at essentially the same development point that most of the houses are.

They aren’t actually playing, but if they had gone with him he’d have sprained his wrist somehow.
