Dispair is one thing. I don’t see how you connect impeachment to literally anything else on your list, nor what it has to do with the inability to accomplish any of the above. I thought that too, but it’s an account with 100+ followers. Like, a legit person typed that and presumably meant it.

Liquidated damages and hard caps like this one are regularly thrown out. The big surprise here is that there's wasn't a binding arbitration clause.
