Have you seen an angle that clearly shows that he wasn’t touching the blueline? Because I haven’t and the standard is supposed to be “conclusive” if they’re going to overturn something.

He's actually touching the blueline, which would make him onside. I don't know why people are pretending they can conclusively tell otherwise. 

By letter of the law, there’s no way the replay was conclusive enough to overturn the call. They just blew it.

Fortunatly it’s an easy problem to correct. If you see someone doing it, you just punch them. And if they complain you can just say you thought it was part of the game.
