Except for the BLT I’d take any one of Pang or Shoemakers sandwiches over any of Gwen or Kates.

I was always more annoyed at the plots like “how do I beat this guy with a freeze ray/boomerangs/bees/hand lasers”. The answer should always be run up and poke them in the forehead at full speed, but they always spend a quarter of the show trying to figure out how a guy who runs so fast he can reverse time could ever…
The lie is that people who oppose the coup also support Maduro. Plenty of people recognize that Maduro isn’t legitimate, but don’t want the US getting involved at all.
I think there’s a big gap between supporting the coup going on there and supporting Maduro. It’s clear that Maduro needs to go, but it’s also clear that the US should stay the hell away from it.
What could possibly give you that idea?
Nice to see that the trolls have their talking points down.
Essentially the relevant part of the Venezuelan Constitution allows removal if the President is actually incapacitated. Like in a coma or such. I believe it’s much stricter grounds than the US counterpart.
That’s the problem with all superspeed characters, and it translates really poorly to live action. Once a character is able to move in bullet time, no one should be a threat, but somehow they are.
It’s exactly the take I’d expect Booker to have. This is a very revealing issue. It showing who has principles and who is just trying to jump on the bandwagon without looking bad.
Sonic looks like a Furry.
Esa needs to learn that that's not ok in hockey. He needs to let it go.
We all know that story trumps everything. But it's just so much worse with characters like Scarlett Witch or Captain Marvel who essentially have no limit to how strong they can be and little explanation for what their powers actually are. I think the best description of the Witches powers in movies is "she's weird".
I hated that moment, because they still haven’t properly figured out what her powers are. In the last movie she needs help from Cap and crew dealing with the henchmen, now she’s beating Thanos?
Apparently young girls really liked it. I thought it was out of place, but it wasn't for me. And that's okay, not everything has to be.
Literally the only good guys who should have been relevant once Marvel showed up are Dr. Strange and Scarlett Witch.
And that’s why so many justice league plots have Superman off doing other things. Even in the cartoons they knew he was too powerful for the rest of the cast.
They Supermaned her. She so far outstrips the rest of the cast in power that she essentially can’t be in the same movie as the rest. When they did the whole girl power shot, the only things I could think of were 1) she just flew through their ship without a scratch, why does she need help, and 2) other than Scarlett…
But Caps ending undid all that. He went back in time and aged into in the prime timeline.
And yet with all the new power in the game, good old fashioned mono red burn is still a great deck.
They don't encourage it. They just don't really discourage it either.
