That theory never made sense to me either. I mean, he’s already pretty well known and has a frighteningly rabid fanbase. How does TS make him any more or less bankable? It’s not like he was neglecting his acting career to follow her around.

I think he’s a bit smarter/more mature than that. I’m betting he’ll just sidestep until people quit asking.

I think it’s more like she was trying to convey that the mother was not a robustly built with adequate muscle mass for the job. I don’t feel like she was being insulting, just explaining why she felt the need to offer.

If TS really wanted to annoy her detractors, she just needs to figure out how to write songs about something else and then go all no contact, no comment on anything Kanye, Katie, Kim, Calvin, et al..

I’m having issues with this term just because I keep reading it as “La Tinks”, and start looking for the Disney logo.

Tapering down is a great way to go. Even if you never kick the meat habit entirely, you can probably find some ethically raised meats and dairy in your region. Then you have the comfort of knowing that the critters in question had a decent life and your money is going back into your local community. :)

I love our CSA because they have done a really good job with their crop diversity year round. Things are heavier on the brassica side in the winter (cabbages, kale, cauliflower and such), but we’re lucky enough to be in Central Texas, which has an extended growing season.

The only appropriate response to the dress comment is snark.

Look down in shock and exclaim, “Gaaaaaahhhh! Where did THIS come from??!!?!!”
