“Christmas in Connecticut” and “The Bishop’s Wife” are my favorite classic Christmas movies. They’re funny and a bit sentimental without all the schmaltz of “Miracle on 34th Street” or “It’s a Wonderful Life.”

Amen!

Poor William, he really should just give up on the hair thing and try a functional buzz cut or shaving his head...I’m betting it would be far more flattering.

He’s like, “Where am I?”

Neck tattoos.

Clearly his parents did not mate well.

He is an android piloted by weasels. Clearly, they have no fashion sense.

I have an Audible account, so I’ve ended up buying all of them in ones and twos as the credits became available.

I think Dresden is better than Alera. The first two or three books in the series are just OK, but as the series progresses it gets better and better.

I had trouble at first not picturing Spike hanging out in Harry’s apartment when Bob is talking. It’s not the same accent, but you know what I mean.

Because he is evil. There is no other reason.

That is freaking trippy.

I almost never have actual sex dreams, instead I have dreams wherein I’d had sex with whomever and I’m dealing with the unpleasant aftermath since even in my dreams I am still married. There were a few dreams where I wake up and go, “Why would I have slept with HIM?” in a horrified way.

My completely unfounded theory is that theos two were planning to volunteer to make or facilitate an attack and were preparing for that, but instead of coming up with a plan or coorinating with a group, he got pissed off at a work thing and they went “Fuck it, lets do it today.”

He reads the Dresden Files audiobooks and almost all of his accents are excellent.

It’s important to note that she came back later to make sure that he’d been found and was OK. That part made me tear up. It’s clear that even if she doesn’t want to keep the baby, that she does care about him.
Now the person who left that baby in a hole in California...

Kind of off the subject but you remind me of something a co-worker once told me during a discussion on bra fitting. Hers are widely spaced and she’d had a couple of kids so things tended to shift around a bit.
She was reclining and watching TV and her hubby slouched over to lay his head against her chest. (They were on

I’ve had good experiences with the bra fitting ladies at Dillards.
I’m hard to fit because I have an unusually small band measurement for my cup size, but they knew their stuff.

Sometimes I hate Pantone.

^This. It really should be a conscious and mutual decision.
Seriously, I feel for the kids every time I hear a parent say, “We weren’t planning to have kids, but then little Jaxalyn came along...”

It’s like saying, “We didn’t really want you, but got over it.”
