You leave it in for several hours. You get a fair amount of spermicide outside the diaphragm during insertion and that pretty much kills any remaining sperm by the time you remove it.
Nope. Sounds like me and I’ve used both diaphragm and and menstrual cups before with no problems...though not at the same time, obvs.
Tinfoil bloomers....
I’m surprised your gyno hasn’t suggested an ablation. It supposedly thins things out so monthlies go down to spotting or go away entirely.
So all diplomatic negotiations should start with a series of cat videos.
I think the individual troops are only as good as their leaders. If you have parents running them who want to make sure everyone is included and has a good time, it’s going to be positive for most. If you have a bunch of cliquish types who are in it for status/queenbee reasons, then it’s gonna suck for anyone outside…
Meanwhile, numerous other county clerks in Texas have been prepared for some time and have been issuing marriage licenses all day.
If she is mixed-race, there’s another option to her mother stepping out on her father. The black ancestor could be a generation or three back. It happens sometimes that the genes combine in a way that expresses attributes not visible in the parents. I have a realtive who doesn’t really look “like” his mom and dad, but…
Curse you and moriartysringtoneetc for your posts about CSAs! I googled local CSAs out of curiosity and found that one of the vendors at our local farmer’s market will deliver veggies weekly or bi-weekly, not only to designated drop points but if you live in certain areas TO YOUR HOUSE (for an extra $3). I’m now…
When I was in an apartment, I was able to grow peppers and basil on my patio. It might take some experimenting, but I bet you could find some herbs and small veggies that would thrive there.
It’s a suburban neighborhood (chosen for good schools), and livestock is 100% out of the question...even house chickens. But kiddo is a senior in HS next year so our next move will be more about the house and land...I have a pinterest board all stocked up with cool chicken run ideas...
I actually have peppers co-planted with beans in 5-gallon buckets, two narrow beds against the fences planted with prickly pear cactus and herbs between the cactus. I also have a peach tree (15 lbs of fruit this year!), a loquat tree and two figs. My yard is pretty small, so that’s all I have room for. I’m hoping that…
So weird, I’ve gone to Whole Foods off and on my whole life and can’t recall being charged the wrong price...except for the one time the cashier accidentally scanned the barcode for the entire wheel of cheese....we had a good laugh at the idea of $500 for the teeny little wedge.
I wonder if it’s a store-to-store…
Another great thing about HEB is that they’re really good about obtaining and clearly-labeling “Made in Texas” stuff. Texas Peaches, Texas Citrus, and even Texas Potatoes!
Don’t mind me, I’m just simmering in my own stew of resentment because our yard isn’t big enough for much and I have no country friends....
