Not a lawyer but, based on what I’ve read/heard on podcasts, the legal fight favors Twitter. Musk agreed to pay a ridiculous amount of money to buy it and waived due diligence. He can’t obfuscate and cajole his way around the Delaware Chancellory Court like he does the SEC and regulators.

Doesn’t take a legal genius to see there’s really only two options: he has to buy twitter as originally agreed and eat shit, OR he settles with Twitter for many billions and eats shit.

He used to be more a Silicon Valley “lifestyle liberal” type with more progressive social policy beliefs.

The point is, Elon Musk claims to be a free speech “absolutist” and is the whole reason behind his purchase of twitter. He wants free speech for himself but apparently not his employees, thus the hypocrisy.

Turning into? 😂 Been all along. Just not hiding it anymore.

Yah, knowing basically nothing about Disneyland’s Marvel stuff, I definitely assumed this was about an actual stunt performer that actually died at first. Had to go through a series of “holy shit why is this article being so flippant about this tragedy" before eventually deciding "okay there's no way this is real".

I think we just found a few more Defund the Police converts!

I totally agree, but if I signed up specifically to fly and was put on a bus...

I read this whole thing with a pretty healthy dose of sarcasm, so it seemed fine to me. Like, they linked to an article about AA being the worst at losing bags.

If I’d paid for an airline ticket and got stuck on a bus, I would be livid.

The famed “low sodium” crowd.

Article: “A game that was not well-received on launch but has improved somewhat through updates with more planned for the future.”

Cyberpunk fans: “BIASED HATE-SCREED! UNFAIR!”

The hypersensitivity of Cyberpunk super fans continues

I think you and I read two totally different articles.

I disagree rather strongly.

In the past with cash, if a server had to make separate bills they also had to create change for each bill. That was a lot to keep organized. But with credit/debit cards, and with modern computer POS systems like most restaurants have, it’s easy. The server can touch the touch screen for all
