Nope, just hate the Joke that is the Prius.
Nope, just hate the Joke that is the Prius.
There is more complexity in the gas-only Audi than the hybrid Honda.
Doesn’t stop me from wanting to do it.
Sounds like when I was trying to sell my Built 93 Spirit. Mind you it had some appearance flaws, but mechanically it was perfect.
Is it wrong that I feel like this guy is just another callous, self-absorbed, dipshit?
Go work on an 80s car, then tell me the Prius is just as easy.
375hp/482ft-lbs 13.9 quarter for the 68.
Ease of doing so is the difference. If you’ve ever worked on a car, you would know this.
I do daily, I’m a mechanic.
Look at mileage across the board, and I’m talking real world, not EPA made up numbers.
The average Prius driver around here is probably lucky to get 40mpg considering how they’re driven.
you put up with slower acceleration in the name of efficiency in a commuter car.
I can work on it myself, I know how to get places (they still make maps you know), heated seats (they make kits for this), modern restraints/airbags (I know how to drive and avoid the other morons, I could give 2 shits).
Why because I am completely unimpressed that the Prius needs a hybrid driveline to accomplish what cars could do 30+yrs ago?
Prius buyers are hunting for gas mileage. A Colt GTS delivers almost identical numbers, while being far far more “fun”.
They were only dangerous if you weren’t using COMMON SENSE when riding them. I had one for 10+yrs, never gave me or my friends any issues, and we sure as hell pushed the limits on it.
No AWD Turbo version, makes them a fail.
