The level of graphical fidelity? The fact that it runs off WebGL instead of requiring a plugin like Flash to work properly?

How did he steal? Clearly says he paid a ghost composer to create the works under commission.

Do you not understand how ghost composers work? Like ghost writers, you are paid to create a piece in which they will not receive credit. The credit goes to the "creator" who is paying you.

A low install base is inherently Nintendo's fault, not the studio's. Is it wrong for the studio to not make this content anymore? Sure, but they're offering a refund to those affected, so they are at the very least not ripping anyone off. I would assume the math they did says that the cost of porting the DLC to Wii

Really? You always criticize with respect?

Have to agree there. Cinema Sins often nit picks on issues that even the movie clearly addresses, making them look not only obnoxiously pedantic but also like idiots who weren't paying attention. And they're very rarely even funny. Honest Trailers is able to poke fun at the film in a larger, more fun way.

This. The deal went down in Bayview, one of the sketchiest, shittiest places in San Francisco. As a resident, I wouldn't want to go to Bayview or Hunter's Point during the day with nothing, let alone a $400 piece of electronics.

Choice words like mandatory?

It is mandatory. I don't see how that is being anything but honest.

As previously stated, Kingdom Hearts 3 will have a more brush-like visual style as opposed to a more photo realistic look.

I think you failed to understand how Kickstarter works, then. It essentially is an investment, whether or not Kickstarter (the company itself) wants you to believe that.

They noted in the press release that nVidia was helping them port games to Linux, so it makes sense. I think nVidia is a clear partner to Valve and SteamOS at this point.

Considering all of them come with nVidia cards and Intel processors, that would be the right assumption.

Wow, way to be overly emotional about a video game's online mode.

Just so you know, that isn't evidence of anything. Developers will routinely test their software on multiple platforms, but in the end may not develop for them. Since GTAV was built on *gasp* PCs, then they have to have a PC version of the game for them to test and build on. Doesn't mean it will ever be publicly

You do realize that iOS 7, the latest version coming out, supports iPhone 4. So in no way is there a version of the OS that does not support the iPhone 4, so you can update to whatever "higher OS" you would need to play said game.

I, uh....I did read the article, quite closely. Were you replying to someone else?

Fair enough. I feel my view (from both inside and out) has been a bit different, regarding people being blacklisted for actions similar to this. Talented folks who were unable to get a job for years because they took their company to court over something like unpaid wages.

Oh definitely, he still certainly has options, but I think many big developers will look at this and be off put. It's a problem with the industry, because I think most developers realize they are doing something wrong / abusing employees, and are afraid of hiring someone outspoken in case they get a case brought on

The really shitty thing here is it is unlikely he'll be able to get a job in the game industry anymore. When he applies at any companies, they'll look him up and see this, and come to the notion he is generally a trouble maker and too much of a risk.

That was exactly my point. Typically you don't hear about contract positions when end of contract comes, but considering the low amount of the layoffs, that is a possibility.
