I think the biggest piece of evidence here is that I am unable to find any evidence of a Joakim Mogren who has contributed to any major video games. From their press release:

Here's an article the sums up most of the points I make in a much better fashion.
Well, it's sort of ridiculous to even assume we can fairly pick the best game of the decade. You have to assume bias towards a particular type of game, types of genres, etc.
Quick thoughts on Spartan Ops -
They didn't make that one. They made Nightfire and the newer ones.
Sorry, I disagree. Maybe they should have had one more ending - a middle of the road, some sort of neutral ending - but the game never punishes you for playing a certain way. It simply shows that your actions have real consequences in the game world. More rats and weepers doesn't necessarily make the game harder or…
Agreed. Right now, there isn't any challenge if you can just die and respawn any time you want. Limit the number of respawns to, say, 3...then I'll be more interested.
I think they're more so pointing out that the character's actual name is Elizabeth, unless it has changed.
Yep, video totally condones rape. That disclaimer at the end where it said, "Hey, go rape someone." Totally priceless.
I disagree. Just because her husband also cheated doesn't mean that she isn't still culpable for her actions, or that she shouldn't be judged for them.
Honestly, I like it for the exact same reasons you dislike. So, that's just like, your opinion, man.
The "mind blowing" news was in relation to Mars. Not Mercury. So, no, this isn't it.
Can't play what on current consoles? Unreal 4 doesn't work on the current consoles either. Both are next gen engines.
Honestly, the fact the Square Enix recently bought a license to use Unreal 4 for multiple games doesn't really instill a whole lot of faith in this engine.
$25 for every map pack, together. Not $25 for each.
So...let's just shut down Twitter altogether?
I never said it was a good idea, I just said that it doesn't constitute full on animal abuse.
As Q said in the new movie, "Security through obscurity."
Makes sense. That was my idea - only let in a safe amount of people at any given time. Once a person or group leaves, let another person or group in.
The cat doesn't really care. Have you ever had a cat? If cats don't like something, they tend to not put up with it. They move out of the way, hiss at you, etc. This cat just doesn't give a fuck, and it really isn't abuse unless you're doing harm.
